Professional experience

Peeter Kutman advises clients on M&A transactions and has among other assignments represented several private equity houses in numerous large domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He is also highly experienced in general corporate governance and contract law matters.

Peeter’s legal expertise also includes advising companies operating in IT and technology areas serving as an expert in drafting transaction documentation and service contracts.
