Professional experience

Aivar Taro has acted as an expert in many complex real estate transactions, such as acquisitions and disposals of business and industrial premises, and development projects. He also has a long-time experience practicing banking and finance law. He has, among other things, been an advisor in carrying out initial and secondary public offerings, listing of shares on the stock exchange, and admission to trading on alternative markets.
