Professional experience

Viive Kaur provides legal advice on issues relating to intellectual property. Viive participated as a legal adviser in the process of establishing an organisation for new collective representation system of authors in Estonia and she has participated as the Estonian professional representative in several intellectual property projects of the European Union. Viive was an expert working for the Ministry of Culture in preparation process of the Copyright Act.
