Liina Jents

Professional experience

Liina Jents provides legal advice to clients mainly on issues related to intellectual property. Liina’s field of expertise extends from traditional copyright and related rights to IT and technology matters, including also issues related to trademarks and domain names. In addition to her job as an attorney Liina spreads her experience and knowledge of intellectual property by being a lecturer at Viljandi Culture Academy, University of Tartu.

Besides intellectual property mattes Liina also advises clients on matters concerning daily corporate governance and contract law matters.
