Professional experience

Indrek Minka specialises on matters regarding banking, securities and securities market regulations, as well advising syndicated lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, also asset finance and project finance projects. Further, he advises on M&A transactions and general corporate governance as drafting corporate governance documents and shareholders agreements.

In addition Indrek’s expertise includes equity offerings, including IPO and SPO on the Tallinn Stock Exchange.
