advising Trafigura, a leading commodities trader, on establishing a Dutch-Estonian joint venture operating the transportation and storage of oil and similar substances in Estonian, Russian, and Scandinavian major ports. Our assignment covered legal advice on bringing the plane, transaction documentation, and technical requirement regulations into compliance with European Union standards and directives regarding importation of the aircraft from the United States.
