advising BaltCap on on the acquisition of Air Maintenance Estonia, a company owned by SAS providing aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO);
advising BaltCap on acquisition of the leading yellow pages operator Ekspress Hotline owned by NASDAQ OMX Tallinn listed Ekspress Group;
advising EBRD as one of the shareholders in Estonian Cell on the company’s shareholding restructuring process;
advising the shareholders of Reksoft, a leading Russian software development company, in exiting transaction and consequent sale of shareholding to Technoserv BV, a leading Russian provider of IT products, technologies, and services;
advising BaltCap on purchase, financing, and consequent restructuring of Interinfo Group companies in the Baltics and the Netherlands. The transaction covered the jurisdictions and tax regimes of the Netherlands, Jersey, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
