advising waste management company Ragn-Sells in disputes regarding public procurement and granting exclusive waste management rights by Estonian local authorities;
advising Maardu Vesi on compilation of iits asset lease and management agreement with Tallinna Vesi and assisting in drafting a financing agreement between the two companies for upgrading water cleaning facilities in the region;
acting as Estonian expert on environmental law matters in a cross-border dispute involving liquidated damages. The case was heard in the London Court of International Arbitration.
