Our Competition Law Online Training Programme now available in 12 languages
Attorneys at law Borenius has in cooperation with Edita, leading communications service provider in the Nordic Countries, created a Competition Law Online Training Programme through which companies encourage their employees to familiarise themselves with competition law in an interesting and practical way. An employee who has taken our training programme knows how to act in accordance with principles of fair competition, and the company may thus avoid the consequences of anti-competitive practices.
It is important for all employees cooperating with different interest groups to have a certain amount of knowledge on competition law. This is particularly important for:
Managers and directors of the company
Sales staff
Persons responsible for purchases and logistics
Persons negotiating agreements
The training programme can be viewed through a web browser and it takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. The programme contains an introduction to each theme and a section consisting of questions and answers which enhances learning. The training ends with a short exam after which the person taking the training may print a certificate of having completed the Competition Law Online Training Programme.
The programme is now available in 12 languages:
• Finnish
• English
• Swedish
• Danish
• Norwegian
• Russian
• Estonian
• Latvian
• Lithuanian
• Polish
• Czech
• Hungarian
The Competition Law Online Training Programme is an affordable way for companies to provide training on competition law issues to all its employees and to test the learning outcome.
