LMHB in co-operation with EBS Executive Training Centre
Luiga Mody Hääl Borenius and EBS Executive Training Centre, acting as part of the private business university EBS, have been jointly organising a course aimed at senior and mid-level managers. The Law for Non-Lawyers course provides graduates with an overview and a short insight into legal acts as well as case studies how law affects daily business activities. The first module of the course was held at the beginning of October.
Law for Non-Lawyers is a tailor-made course designed to help corporate managers, daily facing legal problems and challenges, to operate in the set of business laws and to be able to find a solution to legal assignment. The course ends with a practical case study.
Law for Non-Lawyers is tutored by partner Kaja Kallas (Introduction to the Law, Competition/Antitrust). Other speakers include Luiga Mody Hääl Borenius professionals partner Priit Pahapill (Commercial Act, M&A), partner Karina Paatsi (Restructuring, Employment), partner Margus Mugu (Commercial, Contract law), partner Jaanus Mody (Insolvency, Bankruptcy), partner Marti Hääl (Tax, Administrative law, Disputes) and senior associate Viive Kaur (Intellectual Property, ICT).
