LMHB IP specialists speakers on seminar in business incubator
Our office’s leading IP specialists Kairi Kurisoo and Viive Kaur participated as speakers in the morning seminar that took place in the premises of Kopli business incubator managed by Foundation Tallinn Business Incubators. Three business incubators situated in city of Tallinn are established in order to support and accelerate the acitivity of small and start-up companies.
Kairi concentrated in her presentation on general principles of intellectual property, its areas and introduced the objects, protection and infringement of copyright in more detail. Viive, on the other hand, carried out a case analysis to help entrepreneurs consider the crucial and legally binding aspects as to avoid copyright disputes.
